Job description:

• Lead a team and assist finance director in daily operations of finance dept.
• Responsible for month end closing and furnish financial analysis to operations/ Management.
• Liaise with external and internal auditors. Compliance with SOX.
• Responsible for internal control.
• Monitor Baan and OLS system and ensure data quality.
• Coordinate and oversea the daily operation of A/R, A/P, G/L, Fixed assets and Tax.
• To monitor cash flow and credit management.
• Assist in ad hoc projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or accounting.
• At least 6 years of experience in finance/accounting, including minimum 3 years of exposure in cost accounting and financial analysis at manufacturing sites.
• CICPA/ACCA qualification is preferred.
• Positive, diligent and result-oriented.
• Strong interpersonal skills as well as hands-on people management skills.
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight reporting schedule.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
