Job Description

The BSA need to be able to work with the business as well as the Global/Regional Implementation teams to do the following:

· Determination and analysis of business requirements for program development efforts

· Lead group-based Business Requirements Definition sessions

· Perform low-level Business Requirements gathering and make the Requirement Specification document

· Map-out business Operational Level Process (OLPs) and translating that definition for project team members

· Create and garner approval of OLPs

· Conduct gap analysis, identify the system change needs and evaluate the change effort

· Working with Global/Regional team for ERP/WMS/Planning system implementation

· Working with users to provide test cases, prepare test environment , and lead users for testing

· Support system migration and cu-over

· Training and guide users for system usage, provide support to business daily operation and troubleshoot the system issues

· Development and customization of BaaN/WMS/Planning reports.



Preferred Qualifications

· B.S. or B.A required, preferred in Computer Science, Management Information System or related field

· Good knowledge to business process, especially the supply chain area, such as order management, planning, purchasing, procurement, inventory, warehouse, shop-floor, shipping, etc

· 2+ years project experiences, thorough implementation lifecycle (requirement/specification definition, development, testing, migration and go-live support)

· 2+ years coding development experiences, knowledge in Database, SQL, and skilled in the coding language like HTML, C++, .Net, Java, JSP

· Excellent communication and analytical skills

· Good at written and spoken English

· Strong customer service orientation

· Good spirit in self-learning and team-work

· Knowledge in BaaN or other ERP system is a plus

· Working experience in supply chain IT is a plus

· Bachelor degree or above

· Willingness to long-term working in Tianjin city, no issues for working in shift if required
