Primary Responsibility
1) Develops and initiates standards and methods for inspection, testing, and evaluation.
2) Devises sampling procedures and designs and develops forms and instructions for recording, evaluating, and reporting quality and reliability data.
3) Establishes program to evaluate precision and accuracy of production and measurement equipment.
4) Develops and implements methods and procedures for disposition of discrepant material and equipment.
5) Directs workers engaged in measuring and testing product and tabulating data concerning materials, product or process quality.
6) Assists in compiling and writing training material and conducts training sessions on quality control activities.

Secondary Responsibilities
1) Assist QA manager in improve quality management level.
2) Collect enough source information of suppliers/customers/equipment/engineering etc.
3) Any other duties assigned as and when.

Requirements:
Knowledge & Skills
1) Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, technical information and memos; write reports and general correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization. Must be fluent in English reading, writing, listening.
2) Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs and understanding of statistics.
3) Reasoning Ability: to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
4) Reasoning Ability: to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
5) Have a certification of CQE, CQT, or CQM.
Experience
1) If for bachelor’s degree: 3 years engineering experience or experience in related field; or 2 to 4 years quality engineering experience and/or training. Must be computer literate.
2) If for high school 4 years engineering experience or experience in related field; or 3 to 5 years quality engineering experience and/or training. Must be computer literate.
