Job Description *
1.Drive corrective and preventive actions with supplier for problem solving of material quality issues, by working with cross functional teams,
2.Performs quality audits on suppliers to assure products and services meet International Organization for Standards (ISO) and regulatory standards.
3.Forms a good relationship with the purchasing engineer and the supplier system in order to maintain a strong support system and supplier relationships for the organization in which they work.
4.Provides cross functional support to select, approve and develop suppliers to meet customer and business needs
5.Drives full assessment for effectiveness of supplier process control plans, measures and activities
6.Uses statistical techniques and professional independent judgment to analyze data for process improvement
7.Develops and leads execution of process validations and tests; analyzes resulting data and document results (protocols/reports)
8.Leads supplier process capability studies
9.Develops and implements procedures for new and/or improved supplier processes
10.Provides engineering support to Receiving Inspection including statistical analysis, measurement systems analysis, Gage R&R studies and inspection procedures
11.Participates in Material Review Board decisions on supplier provided parts and services
12.Participates in supplier Quality System Improvement Plans
13.Leads the Supplier Requests for Change process
14.Performs supplier Quality System audits
15.Performs analysis of non-conformances and supplier performance for key performance indicators
16.Provides guidance to project teams for supplied component and supplier qualifications
17.Leads teams in identification of risks/hazards relative to new product designs, processes, suppliers and applications

Job Requirements *
1.4-6years experiences in supplier development/management
2.Bachelor's degree in mechanical and electrical engineering
3.Has knowledge of a company's manufacturing process, applications and process development in order to actively work with suppliers in improving quality components of goods and services.
4.Good capability in Problem solving, quality tools,
5.FMEA/PCP/GR&R/8D/DDW/PPAQ,etc.
6.Six sigma Knowledge, Green Belt/Black Belt preferred.
7.Good communication/coordination skills, and proactive leadership skills Ability to work independently within a multi-cultural environment.
8.Self-motivated, and high energy and passion
9.Good ability in English speaking and writing.
