The job

Your tasks and responsibilities include:

Provide a stable operation of storage enterprise installations, various customer projects, such as optimization, migration, decommissioning, system upgrades, tasks related to automation, troubleshooting, consultancy, etc. You are expected to provide input to business cases and are at the same time responsible for designing the solution that fits the customers’ needs and requirements. Moreover, you will solve problems in analysis and process work in collaboration with other teams within the organization which requires high collaboration skills on your interpersonal skills.

You will primary work with HP 3PAR and Brocade SAN.

You speak and write English.

Your experience and background

You have 4-5 years’ experience with large storage enterprise environments including tiered storage and fibre channel networks. Having worked with storage platforms such as HP 3PAR, Brocade SAN, VMAX/Symmetrix, Clariion, VNX NAS and Block, HP EVA, VPLEX is also a big plus. Understanding storage reporting i.e. HP System reporter, EMC StorageScope/Contol Center, EMC Proshere and having a basic knowledge about Microsoft Excel is desirable.

You are fluent in written and spoken English

In NNIT we work according to ITIL, and it's a must that you are either certified or otherwise are familiar with these principles.

Our domestic and foreign customers are mainly from the pharmaceutical, drug and food industries to whom we provide the latest and professional IT service compatible with the global standards. We have around 300 employees in our China office and we plan to increase the number to 350 in 1 year.
