NNIT seeks a professional employee as In-house IT Support and training Consultant (Located in our offices in Tianjin)
Team
NNIT (Tianjin) Technology Co., Ltd seeks a professional employee as in-house PC Support and training Engineer. You will work as a member of the Internal IT team which supports our 500 colleagues with technical support, IT related training, Development and maintenance of internal IT systems as well as IT procurement and asset management.

You will work in small but well functioned team who supports the rest of the company on
You will work in our office supporting colleagues with IT issues such as installations, troubleshooting, set-up, print set-up and maintenance, as providing user support on our internal applications and participate in conducting training and educate in the usage. Further, you will be involved in IT assets management in helping in the purchasing process and in managing the assets.
You will focus on ensuring NNIT processes always are followed and ensure that the best possible service within support and IT purchasing is given.
Working hours is flexible normally from 9:00-17:30.
Development
We will invest on your professional and personal development. So you will take training on the technology related with your business field, also on English, communication and ITIL process. The training can be internal and/or external, domestic and/or abroad.
Qualifications
Official university at Bachelor level is required preferable with major in Computer Science or IT related areas.
1-2 years of work experience is needed.
The position requires good knowledge on IT and experience of on-site customer support is an advantage.
Experience on IT service desk or on-site support is preferred. You need to have the skills of client hardware/software setup and trouble shooting.
You must be able to read and understand English as our procedures and manuals are in English.
Further, good Written and Oral English is needed as you will communicate in English daily.
You should be able to work in a busy environment and at the same time offer good service. Good communication and co-operation skills are a natural part of your personality as well as the ability to practise on the daily work.
You are dedicated to quality and have strong sense of obligation and professional ethic.
