Mobility Consultant
Your team
NNIT (Tianjin) Technology Co., Ltd seeks a professional employee as Enterprise Mobility support engineer.
Your challenges
You should participate in day to day tasks and projects with the global team on Enterprise Mobility service. Responsible for our customers mobile devices(iphone, ipad, etc…) deployment, management, support and troubleshooting. MDM server/system management and support.
Development
We will invest on your professional and personal development. So you will take training on the technology related with your business field, also on foreign languages, communication and other “soft” skills. The training can be internal and/or external, domestic and/or abroad.
Working hours
Working hours normally is from 8:30- 17:00 and it is flexible. Be able to work on night shift, day watch, morning shift and normal shift.
Qualifications
You need to have at least 1~2 years’ experience on enterprise IT supporting, including hardware support and OS support. Experience on Windows server family, network, security will be additional good competencies to have.
Good Written and Oral English is a MUST when you are supporting international team directly.
1. Be able to communicate clearly in English, both written and verbal
2. Be process-oriented
3. ITIL certification is preferred
4. Good troubleshooting skills
5. Be able to work independently
6. Have knowledge about back-end technologies, Windows infrastructure, servers and network etc…
7. Mobile Device Management knowledge is preferred
