-Planning and scheduling tasks
-Developing projects, monitoring and reporting status
-Mitigating risks
-Anticipating contract deviation and corrective actions
-Understanding business process integration
-Coordination with SAPTek and Operations resources including SDM and Change Manager
-Ensure correct QA documentation
-Economy (IOP, LE) and reporting to SAPTek Management
-Delivery of APIS input to managers
职位要求(Job Requirements):
Min. 6 years of IT related work experience.
Long/higher education (university or like) - with PRINC II intermediate level or the similar certification
Preferred but not mandatory with SAP knowledge
Other Requirements:
-The job demands a high level of independence, and an ability to identify present and future problem-areas on own initiative. Ownership of task is vital.
-A good reputation at customer is very important. The opposite will lower customer faith in proposed solutions, and thereby affect the customers wish for placing new tasks.
Tasks are solved with focus on optimal result and as far as possible durable on a long term basis.
Project-participation and daily work is done, so that deadlines are kept and quality-expectations are met. Work is documented, so that team and customer can operate and maintain solutions.
-The job demands flexibility because some tasks sometimes must be done outside normal working hours and under time pressure.
-General good knowledge of project skills.
-Be able to overlook system landscapes.
-Be able to effectively and fast coordination when projects/tasks are changing
-Demonstrate solid skills in verbal and written communication in terms of both Chinese and English
