职位描述
Responsibilities:
Marketing related tasks (Globally assisting Corporate marketing in Denmark):
1. Select and validate NNIT global customers for monthly customer satisfaction surveys in close collaboration with relevant stakeholders
2. Execute monthly corporate marketing customer satisfaction surveys, consolidate data and finalize and distribute monthly customer satisfaction reports to internal stakeholders
3. CRM updates on contact information for global customers (CRM Cloud solution as used by Marketing only)
4. Assist corporate marketing on relevant AD work in Flash etc.
Marketing related tasks (Locally in NNIT China):
1. Assist corporate Marketing unit in planning and execution of relevant marketing activities in China
2. Ensure that all local marketing activities in China are in line with NNIT Corporate Visual Identity (CVI)
3. Measure and report on performance of marketing activities
Sales related tasks:
1. Assist and support sales efforts in China:
2. Booking of client meetings, travel arrangements, agenda development, distributing minutes, follow up on actions and producing power point presentations
3. Composing draft contracts (project and task agreements etc.)
4. CRM updates
5. Sales and marketing events and campaigns
6. Participate in Sales unit development
7. Administration including continuous update of internal systems
Profile requirements:
Educational background:
Higher education (Master) or equivalent
Is able to integrate theory and principles with organisational practice.
1-2 years of work experience – preferably within IT and sales
Professional (IT/sales) skills
Excellent Microsoft Excel 2010 skills, particularly data analysis and reporting
Excellent skills in Microsoft SharePoint 2007/2011
Insight in CRM solutions (NNIT use MS solution)
Knowledge of online survey tools (NNIT use SurveyGizmo)
Knowledge of customer feedback management programs
Creative skills in Adobe Creative Suite, Flash and other tools is an advanteage
Communication skills:
Proven and documented excellent English level from working in an International company:
1. Communicates complex issues in English both internally and externally
2. Explains facts, methodology, policies etc. to parties both internally and externally.

Tasks are conducted based on predefined processes and guidelines according to specified goals.
