Special Skills:
1.15+Years minimum management experience in manufacturing environment in grain and oil industry, preferable with multi-site management practice;
2.Familiar with overall plant operation management including crushing/refineries/Fract/specialty fat /logistic/Eng&Maint/EHS/PPIC etc
3.Have the analysis ability to operation performanceand have insights into improvement plans;
4.High level of experience and understanding of the latest business system across a range of disciplines such as materials management, production control, warehousing/logistics control, production system etc.;
5.Sound knowledge of the downstream oil industry participants and practices;
6.Be familiar and sensitive to the competitors’performance and be able to catch the latest industry dynamics;
7.Command 5S knowledge and experience;
8.Good command of English.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
1.Assist the china Operation head to manage the TJ overall plant operations
2.Lead all department/plant managers in direction of all manufacturing activities to meet production schedules, quality /safety standards andproduction KPI such as cost/yield/loss control etc;
3.Optimizing all process parameterin competitive environment byprovide technical support and management guidance;4.Target to develop the best performance facility in China;
5.Responsible for the operation performance including: production, engineering, R/M, logistics,EHS etc.;
6.Implement practices that ensure world-class safety and strive for zero incidents;
7.Supervise production of the plants and Lead to achieve or exceed the KPI;
8.Ensure metrics targets are planned and maintained to support the business plan and the business expectations for the existing product fleet;
9.Ensure company’s comprehensive standard manufacturing tools are in place to provide the appropriate supply of original equipment;
10.Actively drive to meet the business plan including achieving the targets for inventory control and schedule management;
11. Communicate and coordinate and monitor the work of various departments involved in production, warehousing, quality, EHS, engineering, and logistics.
