The Job:

1. To be responsible for processing of nature assignments.

2. Achieve 100% customer satisfaction at all times through understanding customers' needs and handling

requirements as well as ensuring 100% compliance.

3. To handle the export shipment according to company process and cusotmer SOP. Ensure all data are entered

into system timely and accurately.

The Qualifications:

1. University degree

2. Fluent English both in Writing and Speaking

3. Have relevant experience, 1+ year ocean export working experience is preferred.

4. Good communication skills requested in service industry

5. Able to take stress

6. Flexibility and team work
