岗位职责：

1.根据公司业务情况制订销售计划，确定销售政策。

2.带领销售部门人员进行新客户开发，拓展销售渠道，管理客户并提高业务水平。

3.销售部门人员招募、选择、培训、调配。

岗位要求：

大专以上学历，25-35周岁；
3年以上销售工作经验；
优秀的沟通表达能力；
具有团队合作精神；

有金蝶，用友软件/IT/咨询行业方面的销售经验者优先。
