职位描述

Title of position: TST Damco Sales Support

Department: Damco A/S (TST)

Reports to: TST Damco Commercial Branch Manager

Purpose & general responsibilities of the position:

? Support Damco SAL activities effectively and efficiently.

Specific responsibilities of the position:

? Deliver budget as directed by Sales Manager
o Deliver the assigned Damco OCE and AIR budget.
o Make tele-sales call to direct customers and identify the potential business and right customers for direct sales team.
o Find and design solution for customers to help direct sales catch new business.
o Deliver the tele-sales call volume and quality based on requirement.
o Maintain relationships with responsible customers and secure their business stable with Damco.
o Ensure that the CRM are being updated at all times
? Promote and Market the Damco Brand.
o Ensure that sales sells and market Damco and not for individual or named carriers.
o Establish a country to county dialogue with our overseas counterpart to maTJNize opportunities available on a given account.
? Monitor and be aware of market trends.
o Ensure that market trends are report to management swiftly order to allow managements to react quickly to the market place order maintain our position.
o Collect feedback from direct customers and combined them to be market report for reference.
? General
o Conduct client specific and industrial analysis.
o Coordinate Direct Sales related internal and external visit arrangements.
o Provide tools / reports for sales to conduct market research and for market plan input reference.
o Assist direct sales on equipment and space problem.
o Participate in sales meetings when necessary.
o Own and execute your individual sales competency development plan developed with your immediate supervisor as per the findings from the potential analysis aim to improve your sales competency.
o Reinforce APM Group culture, values and reputation and ensure compliance with APM Group policies.
Measurement / success criteria of the position:

? Measured on Damco AIR and OCE NAS controlled volume and CM1 ratio to budget assigned by branch Damco SAL Head
? Data quality.
? The measurable results/performance as outlined in your “Key Performance Indicators”.
