职位描述
保证100%准确及时地完成进出口任务。 保证进出口报关所需单据信息的准确性 , 保证及时通关。
维护进出口报关业务的记录和运输记录, 保管包括税单及报关单在内的所有单据, 保证进出口业务有据可查。及时提供财务所需单据。
根据生产计划安排发货, 选择适当的进出口运输方式, 确保最佳运输路线
负责日常发货报告及发货跟踪, 处理与物料部有关部门的国外客户的投诉
及时准确地核对运费，保证对供应商结费的准确性。 分析进出口运输费用及月成本， 持续降低进出口运输费用
公司要求的其他职责
专科以上学历, 经济专业
优秀的英文说写能力, 良好的沟通技巧
计算机熟练
至少3年跨国企业的运输管理经验
有MRP 经验为佳
