Role Summary/Purpose
The Business Intelligence Analyst will build and maintain business-critical weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for the sales and marketing organization. These reports will be used across all levels of the organization, providing detailed data for drill down analysis but also attractive summarized results for executive review.

Essential Responsibilities
• The Business Intelligence Analyst will build and maintain business-critical weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for the sales and marketing organization. • Lead MPC updates and market share trend analysis. • Support strategic imperatives (Growth, Simplification & Quality) and initiatives to ensure the fulfillment of business requirements and to optimize business performance. • For key number to attend global project from forecast/forecasting prospective.

Qualifications/Requirements
• Demonstrated aptitude over multiple projects • Advanced Excel skills, including lookups, pivot tables, macros, and charting• Prior work experience working with sales, financial or operational data• Experience with newer BI tools such as Microsoft Business Intelligence (Excel PowerPivot, SharePoint, SQL Server) and Tableau is desirable.• Experience with SFDC/Siebel CRM desirable• Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics / Statistics, master degree is desirable• Good communication skills and presentation skills • Demonstrate strong execution skills and ability to drive change.• Team Player• Fluent English on both written and oral is desired
