Activities:

1. Lead TLC and TTM HSE team, to deal with all operation HSE issues, including:

- Ensuring compliance with Legal requirement and Total group HSE policy;

- Execute/drive/lead the ISO14001 and OHSAS18001 projects and maintain the safety management system in TLC/TTM;

- Guide and oversee related HSE procedures and instructions and ensure a proper/consistent implementation;

- Coach the HSE team on communication by conducting toolbox meeting, incentive plan, milestone celebration to build excellent HSE culture;

- Conduct HSE random inspections; participate to fortnightly Safety tours conducted by Safety committee members/GM and take all measures in frame of delegation to mitigate the risks and eliminate non conformities, come up with corrective actions;

- Support local HSE team to liaison with local authorities and obtain permits for operational plant and new project;

- Improve the HSE performance and optimize management system;

- Support to local HSE team to ensure the implementation of the SMT requirement;

- Cooperate with TCI Headquarter to conduct the requested report. (monthly report, GHG, ERA HRA).

2. Conduct HSE management to TLC/TTM contractors, suppliers to make sure they are comply with Total HSE requirement.

3. Ensuring the awareness of Total 12 Golden Rules is well trained and implemented in TLC/TTM.

4. Ensuring good HSE management of TLC/TTM SH and GZ offices in terms of fire equipments, first aid, CCTV and door access.

5. Ensuring the Crisis Management is well maintained by conducting training, exercise and procedure updating.

6. Communicate and cooperate with other department to promote HSE culture and ensure compliance.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree, major in environment and safety or chemical

2. At least 5 years experience in HSE management

3. Be familiar with regulation, ISO14001 and OHSAS18001

4. Good at communication, leadership, able to work under pressure

5. Fluent in both written and spoken English

6. Experience in petrochemical industry will be a plus
