Main Responsibilities (Give 6 to 8 main areas of work. State what is to be done -to what - the end result e.g. Develop, agree and implement detailed sales plans to increase market share in Europe):

1. Quality requirements for suppliers
Establish and communicate quality requirements for vendors
Provide training and education as needed (internal & external)

2. Supplier selection/de-selection authority
Pro-active leader of SESPA process (Supplier Evaluation Selection & Performance Appraisal)
Overall responsibility for effective deployment of Sample approvals and establishing quality plans with key suppliers

3. Supplier quality development programs
Recognize with data suppliers development needs and work with suppliers and stakeholders to agree and implement development/improvement programs

4. Resolving quality problems with suppliers
Overseeing the supplier engagement with FRACAS and resolving process related problems and chronic supplier issues
Train out 8D requirements

5. Management of changes affecting quality
Create and manage an effective copy exact program
Define our requirements and enforce them

6. Supplier Quality performance measurement
Maintain quality KPIs based on quality objectives
Monitor and report supplier performance
Engage with poor performing suppliers to improve

7. Global Supplier Quality Management System
Synchronize supplier quality requirements with internal/global processes
Audit the effectiveness of these with a view to creating a continual improvement program

8. Communications and training
Become the point contact and subject matter expert for all supplier quality related issues.

9. Supplier Quality Requirements for New Product Introductions
Engage with NPI teams to establish the programs to deliver supply chain engagement and support for NPI
