Accountabilities:
-Receive booking from suppliers/shippers/sales etc.
-Confirm booking with overseas agents/colleagues;
-Create new booking in Global system;
-Issue cargo delivery notice to shipper;
-Develop and maintain relationships with overseas agents, carriers and customers;
-Solve problems and complaints from suppliers and clients if any;
-Help to deal with suppliers and customer queries, including questions regarding accounts

Requirements:
-Knowledge of customs. Preferably knowledge of sea freight industry and processes.
-Good knowledge of computer systems, both customer service and operation
-Knowledge of customs tariffs and the customers organisation and operations
-Good communication skills both to co-workers and customers, etc.
-Efficient use of time
-Knowledge of service levels expected by clients
-Fluent in local language, as well as English (read, spoken and written), and other language helpful in daily business.
