Accountabilities:
-Confirm on board with carriers;
-Create house bill of lading in GW System
-Issue pre-alert and manifest with necessary docs to overseas agents/colleagues;
-Enter all charges and profit shares in GW System
-Upload all shpg info with necessary docs to FREIGHT MONITOR
-Close file, pass invoices and credit memos
-Post information on system

Requirements:
-Knows risk and insurance terms
-Good knowledge of computer system, both exports and invoicing
-Good communication skills
-Able to manage own working time effectively
-Good command of local language and English
