Job Summary
Locate in customer’s company, To present company as contact window between company and account
Requirements
Communication - expresses ideas clearly and succinctly both verbally and in writing. Willingly participates, listens and seeks advice of others.
Problem Solving – assist with problem identification and solution generation. Identifies and responds to changing needs of the customer.
Attention to detail- ability to work independently while following established company policy and procedures.
Analytical – examines and interprets a wide variety of data/information and makes recommendations and decisions.
Self Management - manage time effectively while placing appropriate emphasis on excellence and speed of response in work performance.
Results Orientation – demonstrates a clear understanding of expected outcomes. Delivers in a timely manner. Seeks assistance when necessary. Accepts responsibility for results.
Client Focused- able to anticipate and identify customers’ needs and expectations and what constitutes positive customer satisfaction; and effectively meet those needs to ensure quality customer service.
Adaptability – reacts and adjusts positively to various work situations and a flexible approach to resolving challenges.
Diversity Orientation- treats each person in the department as an individual with individual needs and issues, and values differences among team members.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Provide shipping pre-alert and document to target account
Coordinate with operation to arrange for shipment pick up. Disseminate agreed/ required due dates of shipments upon booking from customer to operations/ sales
Follow up for orders from customers with SOP to POD. Pro-active notification to BAKER HUGES as and when there is an updating and changes to the status.
Generate customer specific reports in their requested format
Pro-actively update BAKER HUGES and business owners of shipment issues/ discrepancies/ delays,follow up Air&Ocean imp spot shpt for BAKER HUGES.
Work with global CEVA to make sure shipment arrival on time
Coordinate with local carrier, Air&Oceanline company, shipping lines of any problem if happen
Special tracking for urgent case
Shipping information maintain customer’s system.
