1. General Description
Assist Site Manager in leading and managing a team of staffs to ensure high quality service in line with company policy and operation standards.
2. Specific Accountabilities
Monitor and ensure the shipment / order are proper received, operated, delivered, declared to customs.. accurately and timely .
Monitor the operation and management of Vendor, ensure they could provide the meet required service .
Ensure all staffs' understand project of logistics operations procedures and standards while interactive with customers
Prioritize and delegate work tasks for all staffs with focus on customer needs and performance targets
Maintain good channels and effective communication with customer .
Coach and appraise staffs on their daily tasks with particular emphasis on processes and systems, and achievement of individual and departmental performance targets
Understand and know well the operation costs and process, and support BD give right quotation to customer for any special operation requirement
Trouble shooting for any urgent of special case during daily operations.
3. Skills Required
Computer literate, skillfully use the office software
CET 4 , Good command of written & spoken of English
4. Experience and Qualifications
University graduate and above, preferably in Logistics or Supply Chain Management
1 years of experience in logistics operations.
