1. Lead the manufacturing team to achieve production goals, including: safety, quality, productivity, 5S， working discipline, cost reduction and On-time delivery and so on.; Lead daily OEE& FTQ improvement and follow up the action plan;
2. Trouble shooting on site; improvement for workshop; 5S management
3. Has instruction authority of the production and sets priorities.
4。Arrangement about the resource like 4M1E to achieve the target.
5．Participate to make the investment plan and other company strategy/plan as well as the realization.
6. The workshop coaches, team leaders, production statistician are reporting to him/her.(as per current
organization chart)
7.The objectives are generally solved self dependent and efficiently and make the development plan

8. Cooperation with others for equipments/tools maintenance, checking to ensure the availability.
9. Training/leading for the safety, cooperation for the analysis about the working accident,

10、Training/leading the staff for the ability and quality for the customer satisfitition
11. Training/leading the staff for the continued improvement &problem solving with lean, six sigma and so on.
12. Ensure to follow the company / HAY group process and standard; Be part of network in HAY worldwide, and exchange necessary information with other HAY plants.

13. Cooperate and support other departments and companies of HAY as well as the expats.


14. Regular reporting to GM according to the requirement about the status, progress, action plan and so on.



Qualification
1.College or above
2.Be familiar with production management;
3. Auto. Industry or related E.1. At least 5 years working experience of manufacture in automotive industry
4. Minimum three years of practice at in metal industry with heat treatment, forming and machining, forging is a plus.
5. At least 3 years experience of production dept. supervisor or above
6. Be familiar with TS16949 procedure;
7. Master lean manufacturing concept;
8. High safety sense.
9. Teamwork spirit and communication skills
10.Leadership and ownership， decision maker, ability to plan and execute11.Integrety,
11.Result orientation, process orientation and customer orientation,
12.Perfect language skills in English or German.
13.Be familiar with MS office
