职位描述:
Partner Management - Assist Service Manager in staffing department with competent, motivated, and well-trained personnel.
员工管理---协助服务经理进行部门员工管理。
1) Recruit Hire - Recruit and hire Partners with the experience and core characteristics required for long term success.
招聘并雇佣---招聘并雇佣有经验的和有长期成功所需的核心特征的员工
2) Coach Develop - Coach, evaluate, and motivate Service Partners to ensure their long term professional growth.
指导和发展---指导、评价并鼓励服务员工,保证其长期的职业发展。
3) Accompany SSRs on route for the purpose of training and evaluating performance. Always using the proper evaluation forms. Assist Service Manager in performing reviews to each SSR.
培训服务代表并评价其表现。协助服务经理定期对各个服务销售代表做出绩效评估。
Customer Service Delivery - Responsible for meeting and exceeding China customer satisfaction goals.
客户服务----负责达到并超越中国客户满意度目标
1)Interpersonal Communication – Establish and maintain a rapport with each customer contact to ensure service agreement renewals and prevent lost business.
沟通----与各个客户联系人建立并保持和谐,保证服务协议的更新并防止业务丢失。
2)Problem Solving/Decision Making – Identify and resolve customer concerns in a timely fashion by developing a resolution plan along with the SSR.
解决问题/作决定-----通过与服务代表建立解决方案,及时识别并解决客户疑虑
3)Positive Discontent – Strive to improve the process, systems, product, and service provided to the customer. Constantly look for opportunities to improve in everything you do.
不安于现状-----力求改进提供给客户的过程、系统、产品以及服务,不断寻求改进一切的机会。
4)Goodwill - Develop a good relationship with each customer by proving for their needs and finding a solution.
拜访---- 通过友好拜访,积极发现并解决客户问题,与客户建立友好的关系。
5)Support SSR and develop action plan to effectively solve all customer service issues.
支持服务代表并开发行动规划,有效地解决所有客户服务问题
Customer Retention – Minimize the amount of lost business for the location.
客户保留-----将业务丢失量最小化
1)Ensure there is no lost business due to customer service issues.
保证没有因为客户服务问题而丢失业务
2)Address any non-service issues which may affect the weekly service.
指出可能影响每周服务的非服务问题。
Route Schedule – Create and execute an efficient route schedule per the China Service Model. Monitor adherence to set schedule and modify as additional customers are attained.
服务路线安排----根据中国服务模式,建立并执行有效的服务线路安排。对计划安排的执行情况进行监督,当有新增客户时,进行及时调整。
