BASIC REQUIREMENT
4 Year College Degree in accounting. 10 year working experience in accounting. Must be fluent in English (read, write, and speak). Good PC skills including MS Word and Excel, knowledge on SAP ERP system is preferred.
BASIC PURPOSE
Responsible for general ledger, MR report, fixed assets booking, assist in annual budget and MTP budget, assist Finance manager in financial analysis. Taxation verification and filing.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES & DUTIES
·Data entry of fixed asset vouchers and prepares monthly fixed assets report
·Maintain General Leger monthly closing for Finance Manager review
·Prepare Bridgestone/Firestone monthly (MR), quarterly and annual closing reports and schedules for Accounting Manager review
·Prepare monthly summary of AP and AR
·Prepare reliable and accurate monthly statutory financial reports based on PRC GAAP and US GAAP in time
·Monitor the company taxation to ensure accurate PRC tax filing. Monitor PRC taxation and insure that Beijing Firestone is in compliance and making the best decisions on tax status
·Assist Finance Manager in coordination with functional departments for preparing the company’s original budget and MTP budget
·Assist Finance Manager in annul audit
·Other assignments arranged by managers
