JD—Regional Sales Manager, based in Beijing
Avanti Wind Systems is a Danish company founded in 1885. It is a world leading manufacturer of ladder and lift solutions for getting safely up and down inside wind turbine towers. Avanti Wind Systems China was established in 2006. It has 2 factories in Shanghai and Tianjin, around 100 employees.
THE POSITION – Ragional Sales Manager's Responsibility:
? Identify new business opportunities to increase the market share in China
? Develop relationships with existing customers to maximize sales
? Manage tender processes and be responsible for delivering the best solution to the customers
? Achieve the sales targets for China
? Train external customers when necessary
? Liaise internally to deliver customer projects according to deadline and cost
? Periodically prepare market and sales reports for Commercial Director
THE CANDIDATE
? Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or higher with flair for technology
? Minimum 5 years work experience in sales management in wind energy or related field
? Excellent business acumen and international mindset
? Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a process driven sales environment
? Proven track record of achieving results via others
? Self starter with can-do-attitude
? Highly structured personality and able to use and develop systems and procedures
? Must be able to travel extensively in Greater China when requested
? This is a local position which requires a native Chinese with fluent English speaking/writing capabilities

This is a full time position and remuneration is based on qualifications
