岗位职责
1． 设计新产品的工艺流程、工艺布局、产能评估，以及成本核算。
2． 负责工装、夹具的设计（或设计需求提出）。
3． 编制新产品工艺文件以及标准作业单。
4． 负责车间的改进项目，以提高产品质量、生产效率，降低成本。
5． 领导安排的其他工作。

任职资格
1. 大学本科以上，IE/机械电子类专业。
2. 三年以上制造相关工作经验，熟悉钣金加工与装配工艺。
3. 熟练掌握并使用计算机办公软件。
4. 能够熟练运用AutoCAD以及Pro-E等画图软件。
5. 具备精益生产相关知识。
6. 具备良好的英文听、写能力。
7. 具备良好的沟通和团队协作能力。
