岗位职责：

Job Descriptions:

1、编写开发计划，负责年度网站功能改进计划和网络安全计划的编写

1,compose development plan, responsible for the annual website functional improvement program and network security plan preparation

2、网站功能修改和升级 按照年初计划的时间和质量要求，对网站前后台功能进行修改和升级

2, website function modification and upgrading according to the year plan to quality requirements, functions modify and upgrade in foreground and background.

3、负责网站代码的优化和维护，保证网站的运行效率

4、数据管理 ，每天对网站的重要数据（包括网站程序、网站数据库和网站运行日志等）做增量备份，并半个月对程序和数据库做完备备份

5、外包项目技术控制， 对于外包的软件项目的技术方面进行设计、实施跟进和交付成果的控制和验证，保证外包项目能完成按照我方技术要求和规划完成

岗位要求：
Job requirements:

1、大专及以上学历，2年以上ｐｈｐ大中型网站互联网项目开发经验，熟悉至少一种框架技术

1, Bachelor degree or above, 2 years of PHP large and medium-sized Website Internet project development

experience,familiar with at least one framework technology
2、熟悉运用mysql、掌握sql语言，熟悉数据库性能优化

2, familiar with the use of MySQL, master SQL language, familiar with database performance optimization

3、熟练掌握css/div/javascript/jquery/ajax等页面技术

3, familiar with CSSDIVJAVASCRIPTJQUERYAJAX page technology

4、熟悉apache等web服务器的配置

5、热爱技术、认真踏实、热爱互联网;能承担较大工作压力，有较好的团队协作和沟通能力，有良好的编程习惯和技术文档编写习惯
