Responsibilities
? Write high quality technical specifications from business/functional specifications
? Contribute to design and implementation of application systems
? Hands-on programming work for development projects
? Meet committed project schedules and effort estimates
? Contribute to implementation and enforcement of development best practices related to standards and control of software code, testing and release management
? Participate in the recruiting and selection of top quality developers to further grow the team


Position requires
? Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering from a top tier university
? Minimum of 5 years of hands-on professional application software development experience
? Strong oral and written communication skills in English and Mandarin Chinese, CET6
? Strong interpersonal skills
? Demonstrated ability to develop under a SDLC for both traditional waterfall and agile development methodologies
? High proficiency in hands-on development in the following languages/technology:
Object Oriented design and programming
C#/.Net programming using WPF, a must have skill
Experience in programming in Java is a plus
RDBMS design and SQL programming, preferably Oracle platform
Message based transaction processing architecture
Windows, Linux and Unix operating systems
Preferred, but not strictly required experience, qualifications and skills:
? Financial industry technology experience
? Knowledge of Capital Markets businesses and products, including Commodities
