Role Summary/Purpose

To support the dynamics works for new engines in development, mature engines in new installations, and field problem-solving by developing, analyzing, and documenting engine dynamics models and results to design groups.

Essential Responsibilities
 Build & analyze 2D and 3D dynamics models under impact loads (like blade out) and unbalance loads to support the design and development of aircraft engines
 Build & analyze 2D and 3D static models under aircraft loads to support the design and development of aircraft engines, provide interface loads to design groups
 Prepare reports and present to engineering leadership, engine program customers, and airframe customers
 Execute the design, analysis, or evaluation of assigned projects using sound engineering principles and adhering to business standards, practices, procedures, and product / program requirements
 Provide technical leadership to personnel supporting the assigned project
 Document technical data generated by the assigned project consistent with engineering policies and procedures
 Provide timely communications on significant issues or developments
 Participate on teams assigned to address organizational initiatives and generic issues
 Participate as a presenter or reviewer in technical and program reviews

Qualifications/Requirements
- Master’s Degree or above in Mathematics or Mechanical Engineering or Aerospace/Aeronautical Engineering- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in structure load analysis - Familiarity with NASTRAN , Patran, Hypermesh, Unigraphics, and CATIA etc.- Good English communication.

Desired Characteristics
- Experience in an engineering with focus on the development of solutions that meet the program requirements. - Experience in Engine &/or aircraft systems integration is preferred. - Strong interpersonal and leadership skills - Lead interact with various other disciplines in a team environment - Lead to work with and/or direct global team members
