· Credit management. To conduct credit application, performance review and coordinate the credit process with peer offices globally.

· Maintain a healthy receivable balance and to strive towards exceeding overdue targets at all times.

· Ensure invoicing to settlement process is ‘easy for customer, efficient for us’.

· Assist in coordinating the internal controls and ensure no deviations to the guidelines. Ensure follow up on previous audit findings to get weaknesses addressed.

· Coordinate with BPO team to drive various invoicing and collection KPIs.

· Work with other business functions for any relevant projects to support cluster’s business plan

· Assist and engage into process improvement for invoicing related activities.

· Working capital management.

· End to End process knowledge of Invoicing and Account Receivables.

· Communication skills and presentation skills

· Reporting and Analysis techniques

· Coordination and project management; Process excellence

· Task management and Time Management

· Stakeholder management

· Solid background in finance and accounting area

· Open and positive attitude; Self-starter

· Strong control sense and sufficient knowledge in tax / compliance
