A fantastic opportunity to break into Beijing's high-end real estate market as a relocation professional. Savills is looking for candidates who are familiar with high-end residential leasing with prior market experience.

Responsibilities include daily email/phone communication with multiple parties - multinational companies, expatriates, and property managers - luxury property viewing, lease preparation and negotiation, and ad hoc troubleshooting.

This role will bring a great mix of both office and field work. We're looking for highly organized candidates who are able to communicate professionally in diverse settings. The ideal fit is also motivated, outgoing, and knowledgeable about Beijing.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-years College or university.
2. Familiar with high-end residential market regarding the residential Leasing in CBD;
3. 2 years experiences in residential Leasing market;
4. strong capability on negotiation skills and a strong command of English;;
5. Strong organizational and analytical skills.
6. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to clients. Ability to effectively present information
7. Team player well performed
8. Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite and internet research skills.
