Savills is looking for experienced team players who are highly knowledgeable on Beijing’s high-end residential leasing market. Candidates with experience in residential leasing, tenancy management / administration, relocations and business development would be preferred.

Responsibilities include daily email/phone communication with multiple parties - multinational companies, expatriates, and property managers to maintain relationship - luxury property viewings, lease preparation and negotiation, and ad hoc troubleshooting.

This role will bring a great mix of both working with internal and external parties. We're looking for highly organized candidates who are able to communicate professionally in diverse settings. Successful performance will lead to more new opportunities.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 5 years experience in residential leasing market and/or property management.
2. Familiarity with Beijing high-end residential market
3. Excellent communication, presentation, negotiating and analytical skills,
4. Excellent command of spoken and written English and good command of Mandarin;
5. Track record of staff supervision;
6. Familiar the utilize of Auto CAD software
7. PC knowledge in Windows, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and Exchange
