Job Description:

• Supervision of Order fulfillment and service level on OT shipment.
• Supervise and ensure documents delivered to BU accurate & in time.
• Communicate directly with the suppliers to expedite orders as needed.
• Participate weekly call with suppliers and BU to define raising issues and find solution.

· Provide demand/capacity data analysis and vendor performance reporting for supply chain management improvement actions.

· Communicate with the third party logistics company for shipment arrangement.

Requirements:

• Excellent English both in oral and written.
• Good communication skill and management experience.
• At least 1-2 years supply chain experiences in Production / Supply Chain or equivalent in Multi-national Company environment and preferably in supervising/measuring performance of outsource vendors in the region
• SAP highly preferred;
• Strong sense of urgency, results orientated; excellent time management and organizational skills as well as communication skills.
• Knowledge of logistics and Quality system preferred.
