职位描述
某机械行业知名外资公司招聘挖掘机生产机加工工程师
Machining Engineer （机加工工程师）
1. Fully responsible for the job routing of the machining workshop and accomplish task according to plan
2. Check the drawing and understand the required of product to make the optimizing job routing follow the plan of production
Be familiar with cutting tools performance, provide the special cutting tool、gauge、fixture to tool and fixture engineer to purchase in time
3. Provide the detail job routing（method and time） ,special tool、gauge、fixture number, note the important things on the job routing, afford the inspection data for measuring, if necessary
4. Fully responsible to technical support for CNC program engineer、tools and fixture engineer、machine operator, tool operator, to guarantee production in order
5. Fully responsible for analysis and feedback information to related department when problem in processing, improve job routing ceaselessly
6. Fully cooperate with colleague and lead by production technical manager, fully responsible for the training of all machining workshop engineer.
7. Fulfill the work requested by the manager
职位要求：
全面负责机加车间工艺的编写工作，按计划完成各项生产任务。
根据计划部制定的生产计划及工作任务单，审阅相关图档，熟知产品要求最优化编制工艺。
熟知各种切削刀具，需要特殊刀具、量具、夹具及时提供刀具夹具工程师申购。
提供详细工艺(方法和时间), 特殊刀具、量具、夹具的编号，注明加工注意事项，提供必要数据协助其测数。
负责对数控编程工程师、刀具夹具工程师、机床操作人员、配刀人员，提供技术支持，保证生产顺利进行。
负责在对生产过程中出现的问题分析、反馈、制造信息给相关部门，持续改善以保证作业工艺最优化。
全力合作团结同事，在生产技术经理领导下，全面负责车间工程师的培训工作。
完成领导要求的其他工作。
职位要求：
1.本科以上学历，机械类专业毕业。
2.5年以上机械行业工艺编写工作经验，3年以上车间机床操作经验,熟悉Autocad、office软件,刀具、夹具、量具知识，丰富的机加工经验.
3.良好的的英语听、说、读、写能力及熟练计算机操作能力
4.优秀的组织协调及沟通能力、协调能力、组织能力；公文写作能力
5.优秀的独立工作能力与团队合作精神，勤奋努力做事认真，对工作责任心强。
