1、Quality Management System
. Assist to develop annual quality plan and quality report according to quality objectives.
. Assist to develop and coordinate the review of SOPs.
. Assist to collect quality metrics data and coordinate quality governance committee meeting.
2、Training
. Issue training notification of SOPs to all employee and check for training compliance regularly.
. Coordinate with HR department for training arrangement.
. Regularly verify the ITF including CV, JD, and training records.
3、Audit and Inspection
.Assist the conduct of project audit and site audit.
. Coordinate external audit and regulatory inspection.
4、Others
. Provide training on QA-related topics, guidelines, and regulatory requirements to R&G employees.
5、MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
(1)A Bachelor Degree in a medical, health, or science related area.
(2)Minimum of 2 years related experience in clinical trial management or related areas.
(3)Strong verbal and written communication skills and presentation skills.
