职位描述

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

To establish and grow NLs Brand in China, by developing and localise the group marketing and social media strategies for China. Develop and own China marketing strategy. This is done by working closely with MC manager and group.

Creative
Guide group on market appropriate imagery to use across the following channels:
-All campaigns, below and above the line
-Digital
-Internal communications
-In-store
-PR etc.
-Follow brand guidelines for all over and above photography requirements (Develop and own Photo shooting & Video design/guidelines for overall online & offline direction. All in accordance with group guidelines)
-Ownership of POS strategy (incl. look & feel), pricing, promotions etc. using group templates

ATL Marketing (Traditional Marketing)
-Develop and own the advertising strategy
-Traffic (to Stores) & Brand awareness quality validated in accordance to advertising strategy - incl. setting relevant KPI for offline.
-Events – customer and industry facing
-Media planning and buying
-Sponsorships and partnerships
-Liaise, negotiations with offline media owners in line with overall china advertising strategy and obtain best suitable deals in accordance to strategy (Incl. on-line & in-store video material).
-Manage all photo shooting related to offline use (incl. Posters, Magazines, Youku etc.).

PR (e-PR)
-Management of twice(or appropriate) annual press shows and attendance to shows
-PR (e-PR) strategy
-Market specific press releases
-Celebrity endorsement
-Reporting on annual PR credits in conjunction with PR agency
-Generate content, posting, monitor comments (feedback for customers), results (targets) etc.- incl. setting relevant KPI
-PR (e-PR) incl. - Magazines, Posters, events, stunts, editorial, press shows, celebrity endorsement etc.

Trade
-Develop and own trade marketing strategy & Processes (online & offline)
-Planning and ownership of annual trade marketing calendar on all platforms liaising with retail and store managers (In terms of in-store guidelines to Retail when landlords are doing/suggesting events, promotions etc.)

Social
-Set social KPI’s and strategy
-Generate content, posting, monitor comments (feedback for customers), results (targets) etc.- incl. setting relevant KPI
-Find innovative solutions for brand development across existing and new platforms
-Social Media incl. - WeChat, Weibo, RenRen, blogs, bbs etc.

Online
-Support MC in developing SEO/SEM strategy in line with overall marketing strategy
-Support MC in developing ecommerce strategy in line with marketing strategy
-Support Multi-channel in developing online platform strategies in line with Marketing strategy

Market Research
-Develop and own country research strategy
-Execute project incl. - Define target audience, select and brief agencies, monitor processes, manage project etc.
-Exit polls (if market appropriate)
-Social listening and surveys
-Brand tracking and customer perception (when level of brand investment is appropriate)

Budget Management
-Annual budget management and ROI tracking and reporting

CRM
-Develop the CRM strategy working closely and in partnership with MC manager
-CRM Data (recorded) will be managed in accordance to agreed CRM strategy
-Find solutions for data capture, build a base of repeat customers we can reach out to and communicate with regularly
-Manage all direct marketing, E-mails, SMS, calls etc.
-If appropriate implement loyalty schemes and initiatives
-Setting relevant KPI, measure and analyse the result to enhance the performance

In-store Technology
-Liaise with group MC to suggest new innovative technology solutions for in-store and online
-Technology in-store (delivering what is needed)
-Develop and own the in-store technology strategy
-Monitor and suggest new innovative technology features with doable implementation plan (incl. Interactive mirrors, Ipads, 3d scanner etc.)

VM
-Develop and own VM strategy incl. windows in accordance to group guidance
-Support Retail VM to implement VM strategy incl. windows

External Agency Management

Reporting
-Monitor and report on all off line competitor activity (incl. Social Media, PR & e-PR)

OVER REQUIREMENTS
-More than 10 years of marketing (hands-on) experience in Fashion retail
-Minimum 5 years marketing experience with an international brand within fast moving women fashion in China in a senior role.
-Brand empathy, and demonstrates the importance of brand consistency
-Experience in establishing new business, technology and marketing vision and the resulting operational objectives to grow the revenue and profitability
-Proven experience/expertise in strategic marketing methodologies.
-Strong, written and spoken English skills
-Demonstrates a strong understanding of New Look customer profiles
-Experience in brand marketing
-Media experience – campaign planning
-PR experience
-Strong leadership
-Budget management
