Purpose of Role:

The support scope includes the global and regional applications for SCM (Supply Chain Management), forwarding and contract logistics business.
He/she needs to be leading the team to provide professional application support to fulfill defined SLA, to support business operation productivity and meet client requirements on IT solutions.
He/she is the knowledge owner, who should be expert of the business applications/solutions and build up/improve/maintain the knowledge & competencies for the whole group (including IT teams, super users group etc).
He/she is the regional SPOC to CEN IT teams for the global applications.
He/she is the owner the SLA for other regions that NAS IT team is providing service to.


Major Responsibilities:

Define the IT strategy (the scope of this role), define and keep improving IT processes;
Lead & manage the team, setup and achieve the objectives;
Setup & maintain the support structure & model, including IT team, vendor, global teams, super user group & other stake holders;
Define and manage the SLA;
Manage or provide the daily support according to the ITIL model:
Daily incident management;
Other supports include problem, capacity, configuration, release management etc;
Accountable for the knowledge management;
Accountable for training;
Accountable for the super user management:
Setup super user group by coordinating with COO, BPI and branches management;
Measure super users performance (by coordinating with business);
Manage (maintain & improve) the knowledge & competency level of super users (by coordinating with business);
Provide consultancy services for the IT implementation & projects;
Own and define system contingence plan;
Be backup of Head of COE Application Team (Contract Logistics Applications);


Experience & Expertise Requirements:

At least 8 years of experience in IT profession;
Deep business domain knowledge/experiences in logistics industry is required;
Team leadership competencies;
English at negotiation level is required;
Strong communication & interpersonal skills, effectively coordination with different level of stakeholders globally is required;
A good trainer or presenter;
Expertise of ITIL, certification is desirable;
Experiences in IT application support & SLA management;
Experiences in IT project management, PMP certification is desirable;
At least 3 years technical background of coding (JAVA or .NET) & database mgmt/programming, comprehensive knowledge of latest technology, certifications are desirable;
