Merchandising

● Oversea the daily operation of merchandising department.

● Accountable for OTB, health of stock and margin.

● Work closely with Operations department in achieving the sales targets.

● Maintain consistent brand image by collaborating with Marketing and Visual Merchandising department.

● Ensure timely and smooth flow of tock to stores by working together with Logistics department.

● Foster good relationship with wholesale customers.

● Fully in- charge of seasonal China trade show.

● Conduct seasonal classroom and off site product training.

● Conduct regular market visit and competitors’ analysis

● Attend seasonal buy in New York.

Finance

● Prepare annual budgeting reports.

Management

● Lead, grow and develop the full potential of reporting staff.

Experience / Skills Required

● Minimum 5 year experience in retail industry. At least 2 year experience in China retail industry.

● Strong knowledge and background in merchandising.

● Strong Analytical and communication skills, fluent in English and Mandarin.

● A team player who is also a leader with strong organizational skills.

● Bachelor degree or above
