Our Company
Liftra is a Danish company who designs and produces different types of machinery with primary focus on wind turbine sector. We don't have our own production facilities so we cooperate with subcontractors in Tanggu area to manufacture all of our products. One of our primary goals at the moment is to create a dynamic and strong production team that will fully control and take responsibility for production made by our subcontractors. Work description
- As a project supervisor you will be responsible for a specific project and make sure that the work is done according to requirements in our production documentation, delivered on time and in proper quality.
- In order to provide desired quality you will be supervising all steps of production until the product is finished. You will spend 75% of your time in our subcontractor’s workshops following all critical production processes. Remaining 25% of your time will be spent on communication with subcontractors and our own engineers in order to solve any kind of production related issues.
- As a project supervisor you will be assisted by our welding inspectors who will help you provide required weld quality.
Required skills
- Production drawings will be fundamental for all your work - so you must have full understanding of these.
- Our production mainly consists of steel constructions - so all related processes will also be in important: welding, NDT, machining, surface treatment.
- Good communication skills.
- Final assembly of products often requires good practical skills - that will be a great help to instruct our subcontractor’s workers.
- You need to be fluent in oral and written English.
- Experience in project management.
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in steel construction industry
