Main Responsibilities & key tasks:
Channel business development manager will foucs on driving company indirect sales business, cross Banking, Retail and Service division, by analyzing partner business situation, designing according effective incentive programs, leveraging company wide resources, and maximizing cross divisions effect. This position will closely work with partners, and internal three divisions.
? Design and execute incentive programs to drive indirect sales business, cross three divisions.
? Develop training&certification plan to build up partner’s competency.
? Collect and qualify partner pipelines.
? Make high quality partner sales forecast.
? Hold customer seminars with partner to improve deals win rate.
? Build up service partner competency to improve customer satisfaction.
? Synchronize and leverage three divisions resource to strengthen partner up-sell business.
? Organize partner recognition event.
qualifications Required
? At least 5 years channel sales or business development experience.
? Should be very familiar with channel business.
? With a proven record of driving project cross several departments.
? Be proactive, and results driven working style.
? Willing and be able to challenge conventional thinking with constructive/ innovative ideas.
? Proficiency in English and Chinese language.
? Excellent communication skills for both internal and external.
Excellent presentation skills and MS office skills.
Education
? Bachelor of Computer Science degree or equivalent in science, marketing or communications.
specific expertise
MBA education background is preferred.
