Job Title: Sourcing Manager (E&I)

Work Location: Shanghai – Pudong

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Work with team to identify potential suppliers for target discipline categories.

2. Work with Headquarter to define and develop sourcing strategies

3. Effectively participate in the process of vendor selection, qualification and supplier relationship management

4. Complies with procurement guidelines, policies, procedures and processes.

5. Participate in strategic sourcing meetings with Headquarter and key vendors.

6. Monitor and manage PO/Contract execution until closeout of the PO/contract, KOM, PIM, inspection arrangement, expediting for schedule, project co-ordination etc.

7. Prepare and issue supplier performance feedback report to team leader when PO closeout.

8. Business trip to carry out sourcing plan and supplier management activities

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Related bachelor degree in Electric, Instrument or electronic information engineering is preferred.

2. 15+ years working experiences ,at least 8 years solid experience in an international EPC company in sourcing and /or purchasing from China ;

3. Experience for international project management and /or coordination.

4. At least 3 years to 5 years experience as a purchasing relevant position for a similar business field(Hydrocarbon, energy, power plant experience preferred).

5. Experience in electrical or Instrumental manufactory (like UPS, Transformer, Cable ,Panel，Switch Gear, Motor ,Control valve, etc.) is requested.

6. Excellent negotiation and communication skills, ability to develop relationships with related parties and suppliers.

7. Result oriented, a good team player and be able to work under pressure

8. Willing to travel locally to drive sourcing or project management activities

9. Fluent in English
