Responsibility: Manage supplier engineering, fabrication and delivery, coordinate the inspection, logistic, site and spare parts issues. The detail tasks include the followings:

(1) Produce PO detail managing plan, incl. engineering and fabrication progress control plan, expediting check sheet and site supervisor plan, etc.

(2) Produce and update the reports of vendor major issue, vendor prints status, spare parts status, change order status

(3) Attend PO documents hand over meeting

(4) KOM arranging and leading, incl. agenda gathering and preparation, vendor documents submission prior to KOM, MOM draft and issue out and any actions follow up

(5) Vendor print index schedule receiving and review, vendor print expediting and receiving, VP upload and download coordination with document control

(6) Commercial issue coordination, incl. change order commercial discussion if required

(7) PO execution progress check, incl. vendor month report receiving, vendor sub-vendor management, progress meeting, delayed schedule catch up, outstanding log control, vendor inspection request receiving

(8) Payment invoice receiving and review, month payment schedule input, PO closing

(9) Inspection coordination, incl. receiving inspection request and circulating to inspector, inspection date adjustment and inspection arrangement, inspection result follow up (NCR, etc), inspection release certificate and inspection report receiving and circulating

(10) Logistic coordination, incl. draft packing list receiving, issue shipping request, shipping documents receiving and review

(11) Site Excess Shortage Damage Report follow up, site emergency delivery expediting

(12) Vendor site supervisor dispatch request and supervisor fee review with site team

(13) Spare parts delivery control and site shortage follow up

(14) Lessons learned input regularly

(15) Any other issues related with PO execution
