JOB DESCRIPTION
? Help Chinese students to study in elite US schools (junior boarding schools, boarding schools, and universities)
? Help families choose which boarding school will be suitable
? Evaluate student overall English level and academic level
? Design study plan and recommend extra-curricular activities for students
? Guide parents through application process
? Proof-read student essay and application materials
? Work with American consultants as needed in order to better serve clients, may include helping American consultants to contact and communicate with their clients or to help translate documents for them
? Translate and organize application materials
? Track student application process and completion, develop a plan that ensures all materials will be completed on time and 100% accurately
? Provide advice on visa procedure
? Assist parents to fill in the application forms explaining BE’s services
? Develop effective plans for students to improve themselves and secure admission into elite schools
? Help the family prepare for their children going to study overseas
? Maintain regular contact with the client and the student
? Ensure information from school documents, sent by school, is passed to parents and assist them to understand and translate it where necessary. Give parental feedback to the school and assist to sort out any queries/problems
? Translate school reports/documents for parents as necessary and giving parental feedback/queries to the school
? Develop new clients for study abroad
? Update customer information
? Explain method of payment and tracking payment progress
