Senior Manager – Revenue Enablement

Primary Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for driving service to sales across the organisation
• Responsible for establish a framework to enable revenue opportunity and include but not limited to

· Sales management process

· Product awareness /PCE

· Lead optimisation/governance

· Referral lifecycle

• Project manage the key initiatives thru deployment phase
• Act as an advisor to business leaders on revenue opportunity
• Partner with analytics team to provide business insight
• Partner with reporting team to track and measure revenue
• Partner with global team on initiatives across Global Operation and provide APAC insight

Job Requirements

· Experience in a sales operational role with P&L responsibility preferred

· Experience in stakeholder management whether onsite or offsite

· Effective in working under a matrix organisation structure

· Experience in APAC market condition and culture

· Experience in dealing with large amounts of data, and presentation of results would be an advantage.

· Have a strong aptitude for numerical tasks.

Basic Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Chinese (spoken & written)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Logic thinking and strong quantitative analytical skills
• Ability to self-educate and work autonomously with minimal supervision
• A fast worker, committed to meeting targets and deadlines
• Results oriented and self motivated, takes the initiative, thinks through things and makes things happen
• Passion for the internet
