? 支援销售部的新产品开发和产品应用 ；
? 负责产品的报价、 成本控制和分析。模具、工装、 夹具成本的计算 ；
? 研究和开发冲压成型工艺及辅助进程如电镀、 焊、 铆合。；
? 对各种进程提供专门知识工作密切与其他职能部门，以满足客户的要求，从事各种活动，利用材料的成本设计知识到驱动器成本/质量改进，
? 设置和维护过程控制与成本监控产品参考物料清单。
? 建立制造工程标准、 新产品 SOP、 产品标准，收集和文档数据库提高产品质量和生产效率，降低生产成本。
岗位要求:
? 学士学位的机械工程或以上 ；
? 5 年以上工作经验并具有金属冲压，注塑成型操作 ；
? 熟悉 PFMEA、, APQP，SPC 工具，与精益生产的知识 ；
? 熟悉软件工具 (CAD/CAM、 Pro-E 等。） ；
? 良好的英语沟通和写作技巧 ；
? 强烈的分析能力、 团队协作和沟通技巧。
? 确实汽车或汽车的供应商工作的记录。
Job Description:
? Work with Sales department for New Product Development and Product Application support;
? Responsible for product quotation, costing and analysis. Cost calculation for tooling, fixture;
? Research and develop stamping, molding process and secondary process like plating, welding, riveting. And provide expertise on various processes for manufacturing parts;
? Work closely with other functional departments to meet customers’ requirement, engaging in various activities that utilize material cost/design knowledge to drive cost/quality improvement,
? Set up and maintain reference products BOM for process control and cost monitoring.
? Establish manufacturing engineering standard, new products SOP, product standard, collect and document the database
? Improve product quality and production effectiveness, reduce the production cost.
Job Requirements:
? Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or above;
? More than 5 years working experience with metal stamping and molding operation;
? Familiar with PFMEA, APQP,SPC tools, and lean production tools;
? Experience with manufacturing software tools (CAD/CAM, Pro-E etc.) ;
? Good English communication and writing skill;
? Strong analytical, teamwork and communication skill.
? Proven record of working in an automotive or automotive supplier company.
