1 Responsibilities
- Establishing Corporate level and China human resource management procedures and system
- Work out remuneration, insurance, and welfare structure in accordance with labor law and corporate law
- Establish Key Performance Indicator system, Role, Accountability, and Measurements appraisal system
- Coordinating with regional counterpart HR management to enrich corporate level recruitment program aligning with corporate strategy development plan
- Heading public relationship, responsible for building up sound relationship with local municipal authority
- Heading China team recruitment conforming to company development plan
- Shaping morale monitoring program, timely feedback to top executives, building up a proactive, sound company culture
- Performing daily HR & Administration job, shielding the company from any public and human resource crisis. 2 Requirements
- Proficient in English and Mandarin.
- Outstanding interpersonal skill and communication skill
- Minimum 5 years work experience in relevant position with multinational company
- Bachelor or above degree in HR or Public Relationship is preferred
- Responsible, outstanding problem analysis and crisis solve skill
- Sophisticated understanding on the difference of western and eastern cultures, be able to appropriately cope with cross-culture conflicts
- Occasionally traveling internationally
- Able to work under pressure and self motivated
- Team-player, integrity, industrious
