职位描述
Responsibilities :
- Assist the QA Manager in ISO certification and surveillance audits.
- Maintain the Document Control system.
- Establish quality procedures with Cross Functional Team.
- Performing Internal Audits to ensure compliance to quality management
system.
- Monitor KPI.
- Manage Corrective Action, Preventive Action and Customer Complaint.
- Assist to drive Continual Improvement activities throughout the
organization.
- Coordinate with Purchasing to conduct periodical Supplier Audits and
supplier improvement activities.
- Ensure quality conformance throughout product development in
accordance to national and international standards & legislation.
- Develop Test Specifications during sample build with SW/HW development
teams.
- Develop Inspection Test Plan for Incoming, In-Process and Outgoing
Inspection.
- Maintain the control and periodical calibration of Measuring Equipment and
tools.
- Maintain Training system in the organization.
Requirements :
- Diploma / Degree in Engineering or equivalent, with at least 5 years work
experience in Quality function in automotive component manufacturing
environment.
- Good problem solving skills, familiar use of the 7 basic tools of quality.
- Able to communicate with all levels as well as customers and vendors.
- Experience with ISO9001, TS16949, ISO14001 & ISO27001 certification
- Experience with CCC, FCC, C.E, certification will be an advantage.
- Proficient in English and Mandarin.
- Knowledge in Software development / PCB manufacturing is a bonus.
- Able to travel at short notice to other areas of China.
