职位描述
Responsibilities:
- Leads design and delivery of new test solution.
- Develop test system and solutions for existing and new mobile phone products
- Develop new test methodologies and establish effective hardware configuration for ease of maintenance.
- Provide creative solutions to meet the production capacity and new product testing requirement
- Drive initiatives on continuous improvements to enhance testers'effectiveness and efficiency.
- Manage CM to ensure smooth and efficient test operation
- Support New Product Initiatives and provide solutions to Test Engineering needs
- Test Programs deliveries through various phases of pre-production and Production ramps
- Support production test engineering efforts with scripts / new program modules to improve test program release process
- Responsible for Test Time reduction activities and implement low cost test flows that will results in cost optimization
- Responsible for improving product yield starting from NPI (New Product Introduction) phase and meet the yield targets per schedule
- Interface with Product, Design, Layout, QA engineers and customers to establish goals & drive cross functional Team activities
Requirements:
- Knowledge of executing Test Plans for all Phases of Product development including Concept, Definition, Planning, Development, production test setup and Ramp
- Knowledge of Design for Test (DFT) concepts.
- Strong problem identification, problem definition and problem solving skills
- Self motivated and independent with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Typically requires a minimum of 3-5 years of related experience in a high volume mobile phone manufacturing testing environment.
- A seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of area of specialization; resolves a wide range of issues in creative ways. Applies broad concepts and theories to achieve innovative and effective solutions to complex problems.
Essential
- Experience in Test and measurement instrumentations (mobile phone testing, A8960)
- Ability to understand and design simple electronic circuit for testers.
- Experience in building Functional Circuit Tester (FCT) for PCBA & electronic subsystem.
- Good technical analytical and debugging skills.
- Safety compliance or EMI/EMC qualification experience.
- Working knowledge of electronic circuitry, micro controller firmware, Lab View programming, C/C++ programming are essential
- Good communication skills with the ability to work independently within a team
- Willingness to travel: travel to suppliers' site for tester support occasionally.
Desirable
- General understanding of test methodology for micro controller circuit, 3G/GPS/BT/WIFI are advantageous
