Job Description

Systems Integration Consulting professionals are responsible for delivering large-scale, complex programs that marry processes with technology to help our clients achieve high performance.

Skillful of writing proposal, present at a sales pitch, look after a client relationship, manage a project and a project team, manage financials.
Understand functional requirements from most areas of P&C insurer, i.e. distribution, product and pricing, policy administration, claims, technical accounting and MI
Has designed P&C enterprise application architecture, including structuring the content of and the relationships between the functional systems, non-functional aspects, data architecture
Know about the main P&C packages available in Mainland China, databases, development tools
Large Programme Experience
Has run an Architect's office and has maintained the blueprint, resolved blueprint design issues, managed blueprint change requests
Has run an Architect's office as part of a large-scale programme, with PMO, workstreams, costs and benefits management

Providing estimating, forecasting and workplanning assistance.
Planning and managing Application Assessment and Requirements activities.
Assisting clients in defining key capabilities/requirements that will enable their strategy.
