职位描述
Position Summary
Review, draft and negotiate a large number of small, medium and complex transactions in Greater China within a corporate environment, with clients across all industries, with a focus on consulting, outsourcing and systems integration transactions
Manage and advise internal clients on legal and commercial risks associated with transactions, their potential impact on the company and suggested mitigating actions
Be responsible for other legal matters as required
Key Responsibilities
Be primarily responsible for reviewing, drafting and negotiating corporate transactions with internal and external clients across one or more client segments as required, with a focus on consulting, outsourcing and systems integrations transactions
Represent the company's interests and interface and negotiate directly with internal and external clients and their lawyers, and help structure transactions to be advantageous to the company from a legal and business perspective
Work regularly and seamlessly in English and Mandarin with legal and business colleagues from the company's China and global networks
Seamlessly apply Chinese law and company policy in all aspects of daily work
Stay abreast of legal developments affecting the company and its clients
Educate internal clients regarding a broad range of legal issues
Develop and implement internal guidelines, toolkits, and packaged knowledge on various legal and business issues
Support, promote and implement Chinese and global initiatives as part of the global legal team
Law degree from a reputable university, with Bar qualification preferred, and appropriate work experience
Work Experience
Minimum of 8+ years of legal transactional experience in a fast-paced corporate legal or related transactional team for the China subsidiary of a large global company or a Chinese company with global business interests in a relevant industry, prior experience at a top law firm in China is a plus
Key Knowledge and Skill Requirements
Experience working as a lawyer or legal professional within an in-house legal department in China drafting and negotiating a broad range of commercial contracts, preferably in the technology (IT) or a related industry Prior experience in a top law firm is also a plus
Experience working at the China subsidiary of a global company
Proven ability to efficiently manage a large volume of transactions
Excellent interpersonal skills
Experience negotiating consulting, outsourcing and systems integration transactions
Solid knowledge of China's laws and practice, especially as they relate to the company's business
Ability to work commercially and to present alternative solutions
Responsive and follows through on commitments
Strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skills
Ability to apply judgment to influence decision-making
Diversity management/cultural awareness skills
Ability to quickly learn and apply the company's policies and procedures, and understand the company's general risk tolerance
Ability to quickly learn and apply the company's escalation guidelines and processExcellent English and Mandarin written and oral communication skills

Position based at the Accenture's Shanghai or Beijing office
Will be able to work at home 20% of working hours after probation period ends
Limited travel may be required
May be required to supervise a small team of Legal Counsels
